这里有三个娃的妈妈吗?

我已经有两个娃了, 一女一儿, 现在用中招了, 去年年底药流过一次, 我是有上班的, 觉得自己照顾不来,所以去年年底就不要了, 现在不小心又有了,很纠结, 三个孩子跟两个孩子的差别有多大?? 可以请过来人讲讲吗? 老大6岁,老二2岁. 多谢各位了!!!!!!!!!
