被要求卧床到34周了

现在是差一天26周，前几天有spotting就去了ER，然后留院住了两天，检查现在除了有点尿路感染其他都没什么，不过因为两个娃还是属于高危，医生要求在家卧床到34周。不过不算strict bedresting，还可以自己起来上厕所吃饭，靠着看看电视啥的。不能多站多走动。希望一切可以顺利啊。。。
