I have my first at 32 and 2nd at 37, with my first I couldn't wait for her to grow up and be myself agian but with my second one, oh mine, just like what you describe with your 3rd one, I don't want her to grow up too quickly I enjoy every minute wiht her, I guess because I know she will probably be my last baby.
