请问：在美国哪里买类似纱布的东西

我想买纯棉的纱布（或者类似的布），在新生儿吃奶后，给她擦擦口腔内部，相当于刷牙了。

请问在美国哪里能买到类似的东西？我查查了washcloth，我发现很多都不是纯棉的。
