Stroller. Not an umbrella stroller but a full stroller, because it would easier for the baby to nap in. We debated whether to bring a full stroller when we took the kids to Europe and decided to bring one, and that's the best decision we have ever made!

I would bring a thermometer, a fever medication at a minimal.

Bring a bottle of milk or some other food for the baby to drink or eat during taking off and landing to ease ear pressure..

Bring one or two change of clothes and sufficient diapers on the road..

We did buy diapers in Amsterdam when we ran out of it..

Obviously the other usual suspects such as DESITIN or A&D if you use it..
