don't worry, everyone is different

you don't need to have certain reactions like others do. 

I don't feel nauseous, neither does my mother.  I had some gas, heartburn, constipation through pregnancy while my mom said she had had a perfect appetite, nothing bad gastro wise happened to her. 

Take it easy, enjoy the ride.
