宝宝4个月但奶越来越少几乎没有了,还有希望增加起来ma?

I used to be able to get 2-3 oz everytime I pump, but now it's about 0.5oz now. Do I still have hope to get it back? Also I just got my period back a few days ago. 

Don't want to let it go ...555
