Now it's time to stock diapers for my baby's birth, even though there're still two months before the due date. I plan to use cloth diaper most of the time, disposables only at night time. I've even added a diaper pail onto my purchasing list for keeping stinky cloth diapers sealed. Just imagine how much money we could save from not buying paper diapers! Disposables are so expensive I don't know how people could put up with the price. I know most people can't stand washing diapers around the clock, but...
Need some clearance on the diaper sizes: I don't want to buy too many newborn size diapers 'cause if I use only one to two pieces per day baby will outgrow it soon (>10 lbs). But the 84 cts newborn package is too much for my plan. So is it ok if I purchase size 1 from the beginning? Would it hurt the baby? Size 1 Huggies diaper should work till baby reaches 14 lbs.
