有人在飞机上带这个吗？

6月初要一个人带4个月宝宝回国2个月。是不是如果带car seat要多买一张票？ 我们用的stroller是 Graco car seat加frame那种，不打算带，就带个carrier, 因为下飞机还得取行李，带stroller两只手忙不过来。 不想13个小时一直抱着宝宝，太累。想问一下有妈妈把这个带上飞机吗？
