It is best out of 3 we used. You need to tip, but at least their worker worked harder, not wondering around. Tell the worker that if they move fast, you will tip more at the beginning. We gave them each person $50 for the 3.5 hour moving at the end. Don't use shi jie (world) moving for sure.
