Obama deserves another prize

Is there a prize awarded to a head of state who provides the most number of inspirational speeches, but is least capable of getting anything done that is good for the country? Obama will sure win that prize. For sure there are other former or current heads of state that are equally or even less capable, but at least they tend to keep their mouths shut as much as they can (read: Bush) as as not to give the public any false illusions.
