披个马甲说说我的隐私，期待高人指点。。。！

我看大家这两天说到生孩子的问题，忍不住在这里也说说自己心里的苦恼，并期待能得到些有用的信息。

我是顺产，孩子头大，Push了好久才生出来，我感觉我的医生特别不好，手重也没经验，很粗，我觉得可能缝合不好还是什么，后果是我现在一打喷嚏就漏尿，那个的时候也没以前那么容易有感觉。为此我一直很后悔没有剖腹产，性生活对我还是很重要的，没办法。

大家都说加强锻炼，可我觉得效果很有限。很想做个阴道紧缩手术补救一下，又怕有什么副作用，谁有过类似的经验说来听听？
