I consult my pedi about my DD's behavior (She didn't want regular toy but just junk in our eyes)for her 1 yr check-up. He told me that she might think those are her toys,so it's ok but just do baby proof and watch her play. Now she's 15m and she can put the paper back in the box, and so as toys.
