Thanks so much. very helpful info.
I do have type II manager who is supposed to rind a tenant and take care of everything afterwards.
My question is: since I'm the one who found the tenant how much should I pay him? He did do the showing and will probably do everything else.
He asked for one month's rent if he got the house rented out.
