which one is better, a week of using what you called immunosuppresents (assuming you are right) or months maybe years of using steroids? why don't you tell people also the side effects of steroids? I have a dog who has skin problem and I don't even want to use steriods on her for long period of time. Of course, I know it is just a topical cream and it should not be used for long time. But if that argument holds, why not the a week of using immunosuppresent?
You are a doctor, first thing you should do is to weight the risk and benefit of each treatment option. I didn't see any of that.
