many lots left in this town, maybe the last 10-20 lots left based on town's data. The lot I choose is 0.42 acre. My future neighber's lot is 0.5 acre, she is super rich, she will build the house with 5000 sq feet with all go-green, solar and wind powered energy. Hope my small house will increase value because of her house.
