because I thought the house price is rediculous at the time and the correction would coming at any time, and refused to buy any although we went out to open house whenever we got chance. I got 6th sense about house price now after all those years of experience. Actually, those high end house (over 850-900K) drop 500-600K every year for the past 2 years.
