You don't need anything except for camera/video camera.
You can bring nipple cream such as Lasinoh, not all hospital have it for free.
depends on the hospital. My hospital was not bad at all, or I was too hungry to complain :)
The first 12-24 hour the hospital won't allow you to eat anything except clear broth or juice until you have the first gas discharge. After the first bowl movement, you can eat regular diet (remember to ask for laxitive if you don't have the first stool within 24 hours, otherwise gas pain will make you miserable. Some of the great Chinese supplement is Hong Zao GuiYuan Tang and Ou Fen.
