这是玫瑰疹吗？

小酒昨晚突然开始低烧，耳朵温度到99.8，冷敷也不见降温，喂了TYLENOL，下半夜温度降下来睡的还安稳。今天下午有开始发烧，一直没超过100F。脸上胸前腿上出现红点。这个是玫瑰疹吗？不是说要先烧3-4天才出疹吗？
