reading the post below regarding medical school.

Just want to share a story I heard from my close friend.

A chinese girl from S did not get the desired gpa (3.5 or something like this) and was not invited for interview, although my friend emphasized to the committee she is from S. Another person got nearly perfect gpa from a community college and got invited. That is y i said, if one is not the top of the top and decide to to go to medical school, do not choose the elite college; otherwise, he/she is asking for trouble.
