this is not as bad as the current public school systems

The current public school system is a deteriorating system, or a self destructing system. Public school should be replaced by something more dynamic.

School systems does not need to cost a lot of money, in essense. But why those well funded public school keeps crying for money? I think everybody knows the answer.
