As you know, every individual in this world is created differently, so even in this small world, KT forum, resides many different characters with different attitudes toward life.  It simply is a reflection of the oversea Chinese society, and particularly the Chinese women who have an interracial marriage.

In real life, we can’t be friends with every single person that we meet. Chinese think people can become friends depending on “YuanFan”.  And the Americans say “birds of the same feather flock together.” So, if something that people post on KT have different values or morals from us, we can choose to ignore them.  When I first came to KT, I tried to speak my mind, and tried very hard to give my opinions to most of the posts. It ended up that I made some enemies. Later, I realized, my option  didn’t weigh much in other peoples’ minds. Because, everyone is entitled to have their own options.  And I simply can not change everyone’s mind.

P.S.  You gave me a very good impression in KT, although we belong to different generations.
