then i would say,she 真没有必要cheating becasue

her exhus(your bf) is handsome, rich, and she is in charge of his law office... why she wanted to cheat??  and have out-of-marriage affair??

any other issues such as , maybe her exhus did not treat her well? or maybe due to her exhus' not good personality??  and mean as what you said??..
