Not serious--just play

He is not serious.  If he is serious about this relationship, he will want to meet you right away.  Some people are lonely, just wanting to chat and play with other people's feelings.  He may not be as successful as he sounds--another reason not to meet.  Do not waste time.  Find someone who values the opportunity to meet you.
