The problem is that he does not want the kid. He told me that he would send the kid back to china to his mom. He told me that the kid would be in good hands with his mom and I don't have to worry about..and once I give up the custody, it is very hard to ask for it late. esp when I move to another state. the dad would refuse and say the kid likes the current school or something
