He is younger than me by 12 years

I met him through my work. He works for a law firm my company uses. He is 29 years old. We met about 6 months ago and he told that he likes me about 4 months ago. I told him that I can almost be his mother. He said he didn't care even if I am really older than his mother.

He is really mature and fun to be with but he is 12 year younger than me!! I am fighting with myself not to fall for him but it's really hard. Am I crazy?

By the way, I divorced about 3 years ago.
