I know financially不是个好deal. Moving is such a big project. I还要自己租storeage. I never expect that 分手要求分房子. That is his house any way. And we are not married.

Just like kozi said. I thought maybe we need to know each other better before we decided to be together for life time. I feel he thinks the same way too.

Yes, he is honest, He is not rich although he works hard.

He is not very generious. But he is reasonable. If this is not a good deal, should I move to his house? But what if this will never be a good deal?

I feel being with him was never a good deal (financially speaking) but how can I decide if I am emotionally envolved?

Other similiar examples are: I offer to buy things he like for his birthday and he will pick really expensive gifts ( $300-400). He asked me about my birthday gifts, I said I don't need anything and he just gave a card. I was disappointed but I thought it was my own fault. I shouldn't compare. That makes me feel unappreciated. But if I were him, I wouldn't ask for that expensive gift. I feel it is too much. Am I just frugal?
