Once I led a team with a person who is from Marketing definately hated me, but she eventually realized I am a tough cookie and better not mess up with me. :-))
Regardless of the area you work. when you are put on the hot seat, you'd better let the whole group know: stick together and get the job done. Otherwise, the entire team will get burned...
