Well, projects are the bad neighbour, which were built

by government for poor people. The person didn't think about her/his own behaviors, especially, if the association has the restriction bylaw for haning on anything out of the house, he/she broke it and degradated the whole neighbourhood.

Come on, he/she thinks he was insulted?!

Grow up and be respectful for the neighbours.

If he/she is not happy there, move out , go back to China!
