I partially agree with Mike. He, as a western,

addressed the source of ethics evolution, science, physics and ancient Greek philosophy. He doesn't believe in God and he is a thorough atheist if you look at his words. I am an agonist because I could not prover God either exist or not.

However, I do think religion has influnce on ethics. It doesn't matter people believe in God or not. It does matter that whatever you belive creat your own ethics.
