Originally picked this place is because we liked the lady in the infant room. She did good job. After switched to the toddler's room the care giver changed everything changed. After I talked to them all those issues they took them personally instead of improve their service. I did also talk to the director of the daycare. The teacher in the toddlers are not happy. So I guess it is time to move on.
