烧白米饭（孩子回家时）用instant pot

平时我们俩是用instant pot 蒸brown rice。烧粥也是instant pot。各种有汤水的菜要么LC要么staub（depend on多少），炒菜用铁锅。我其实还有个staub的wok，用过一阵子后来嫌粘锅太厉害放弃了。以前我有个staub专门煎牛排的，后来用air fryer取代了。我还有个staub专门做无水鱼的呢，不过好几年了至今还没用过，呵呵。
