Gloria Vanderbilt passed away.

What an American story and what an American fashion icon. Gloria Vanderbilt died of stomach cancer at age 95.

Her son, Anderson Cooper, a CNN's anchor made and narranated his mom's story. I could hear he's crying in his voice at the end.  His father died when he was only 5, and his mom raised him alone.   Anderson Cooper had a very close relationship with his mom.
