She needs a closure for that "crush", in order to

pursue a new and true love. She should go to China and see him.  After this trip, she'll really know herself and what she wants.

One-sided love is not love.  It's infatuation and obsession. It's liking the idea of someone. Real love is never one-sided,  and is reciprocated.
