不是是这You see what you want to see.

You feel what you want to feel.

You hear what you want to hear.

You accept it as the truth from your side.

不是说这些new是假的，是你的情绪选择go with it.

让自己有个良好的情绪，选择stay away these bad news

这是life skill,我个人觉得很有必要practise
