true, but the hardest part for doing such sport
is when to draw the line, especially for women.
1) Biologically, women are not built as runners for huntting and chasing animals, haha...
2) pregnancy and child birth could change joint's structures in women's bodies.
Listen to your bodies, don't over do any type of exercises. You may not know it now, but it'll show later in your life.
Any athletic level of sports are pushing the body's limits, potentially harmful.
