Why they all chose to die by hanging?

Robin Williams, Kate Spade, now Anthony Bourdain. Such a hard way to die...

Last fall, a good friend of mine, a great dancer/choreographer hung himself at home, left his wife (3month pregnant with his baby).  He couldn't pull himself out of a love triangle( with another female dancer) ....

Yesterday when i was gardening, i played a piece of music that he designed the choreo. I danced his "dance" in my yard, felt so sad.
