Boston's drivers are ok, NYC/ NJ drivers are the most aggressive

but driving skills are not bad. Bay area has more bad drivers(poor driving skills), don't know when and where to go fast or slow, or how to pass without irritate other drivers on the road.  LA drivers are the craziest.  haha...
