How does Apple Watch make calls?
If you want to call someone who is not on your Favorites list, tap the Phone app onApple Watch and turn the Digital Crown or swipe to the contact you wish to call. You can also ask Siri to make a phone call for you by saying "Call" and naming someone in your list of contacts. Siri will place the phone call for you.
