With his personality, he could quit job tomorrow

for some unconventional reasons. Then it's even worse for me, because he has more time and energy, just blocking email and text would not be enough.  My defense would have to rely on police, and i am not even sure if i can get a restraining order on him based on what he is doing now.

Of course i can go to HR 1st, then wait to see...
