based on the guy's personality &

the fact that his kids are all about leaving home( he told me), i don't think he cares that much, i don't care HR that much either( for different reasons). In general, people in these fields have less job loyalty.

Of course, i always can use HR, no problem with that. But feel like reporting adult's bad behavior to their parents... how effective?
