who is right? Move or not.?

We live very close to my hu*****and's working place (5-10m) by car, but has regular school district. I want to move to the good school district, and only 15m longer travel time for him. He is very much against. I feel I'm doing so is not for myself but for kids. He thought if our kids is good no matter where they are. Now I can clearly see the difference between two cultures. I hope he change his mind soon otherwise I'm going crazy.
