the last time I went back to GZ was September, 2005. Yes, it is much better than before, I asked my LG if he thought Guangzhou was cleaner than NYC, he agree with me. He used to go to business trips to NYC a lot. Maybe, we only saw the good part of GZ. My sister had moved to live in the suburb, PanYu(?). The new suburbans are pretty well developed.
