We didn't live together till after we got engaged and bought a house together. We lived in our house together one year before our wedding, and the excuse he gave to my parents was-----we need live together to plan wedding, which is true. He pays for mortgage, property tax, car insurance and etc. i pay for phone bills and cable bills, plus food.
If you don't feel that he is the one and he has intension to marry you, don't move in with him. Cow and milk rule always applies to guys.
