Last night I talked with my wife, and we agrees that

the only responsibility of our kid to us is that she has to take care herself. We don't need her to take care us, but we don't want to have to take care her after she grew up.

We will start to teach her "自己的事自己做" from the early beginning.

We want a daughter. At least I want a daughter.
