How could a mom be so callous !?!?

Watching his little son going through what seems to him very emotional and painful experience and taping it for the whole world to see.. unbelievable. The boy was obviously in pain.. he questioned his own mother why she was doing this to him! I want to scream to that mom "Stop and give your boy a break - you f!@#$%^ idiot".

How could a mom be so oblivious and callous to her son's feeling?
