clear here. My hu*****and and I bought our current house together 9 years ago. Before that, both he and I owned a house. After he lost his job in 2002, I asked him to sell his house which owned by his ex and him, and move to my house, that was my previous house, not the house we are living in right now.  After we got married, we bought a house together. And we have been paying the mortgage together for our current house.I am the primary owner of our curren house though. Since I paid for most of the down payment, and in that time, my salary was higher than his.
