Adoption worries

Adoption is another concern. I am fraid of adopting an unhealthy baby. Some other asian countries may have shorter waiting time, but babies abandoned may have drug or alcohol problem because of the troubled mother. So I insisted on a Chinese baby. They are put in adoption because of the "one child policy".
