when you care more about your own feeling (that is why I suggest you do nothing and move on, actually he might come back to you and you will be the decision maker), the man might do the same thing - care more about you...when you care more about his feeling (like, talking to him, etc. then he will be the decision maker again as actually he did it already), the man might do the same thing - care more about his own feeling....Good luck!
