要买的另一个condo, seller说他们的HOA fee 包括房子外部的insurance, 自己付保险金保墙内的，每年只要230刀 （State Farm). 而我的insurance agent给的quote是800刀 （Allstate). 在考虑是否应该换换保险公司了呢。
